Jewish Content for Your Class

The digital classroom of the Jewish Museum Berlin introduces students aged 12 (grade 7) and up to Jewish history and contemporary life in Germany following an object-focused, interactive, and dialogue-based approach. They will need tablets or smartphones, headphones, and your supervision. Plan your class time using full, ready-made modules or fit in mini-lessons of your choice.

    The Festival of Purim

    What does a Jewish hero have to do with a secret, a villain, and big celebrations? Students aged 12 and up learn about the story of Purim and its hero, Esther. Whether fact or fiction, the story and its core message are still meaningful to Jews celebrating the holiday to this day.
